STAR Procurement, on behalf of Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council and other local contracting authorities under the Procurement Act 2023, is establishing a collaborative minor works framework valued up to £50 million annually. The framework will run for up to 8 years and cover 8 lots: Roofing, M&E, General, External, Demolition, Decarbonisation, New Build Structures, and Modular Buildings (short and long term). Call-off mechanisms include direct award or further competition. Eligibility criteria include value bands and geographic serviceability. This is a soft market test, not a call for competition, seeking feedback from interested contractors.
