Ofcom seeks a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider to manage end-to-end permanent and temporary recruitment delivery from May 2026. The supplier will act as an extension of Ofcom's People & Culture team, handling recruitment administration, hiring briefs, relationship management, inductions, interviews, and temporary worker administration. Services are required at Ofcom's London and Manchester offices (hybrid) and remote for other offices, with on-site visits as needed. Ofcom prefers a partner with a genuine understanding of the firm and its regulated industries, including online, telecommunications, engineering, broadcasting, government, regulatory, data, and technology sectors. The contract is for five years, with no stated value.
