25-year O&M contract for Ness EfW facility by three Scottish councils.
Aberdeen City Council, Aberdeenshire Council and Moray Council are jointly procuring operation and maintenance services for the Ness Energy from Waste (EfW) facility. The contract is for up to 25 years, covering the full scope of O&M for the facility. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in operating EfW plants of similar scale and complexity. The procurement is conducted via a competitive procedure with negotiation.
