Elevator Repair and Inspections

The buyer seeks a contractor to furnish all necessary tools, equipment, materials, and labor to maintain, inspect, test, provide software updates, and service elevating devices. Services include monthly, quarterly, annual, 3-year, and 5-year inspections per CAN/CSA-B44 Safety Code. The contractor must inspect and adjust safety devices, perform tests per codes and manufacturer recommendations, and conduct tests in the presence of enforcing authorities when required.
