Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) seeks contractors for repairs and maintenance services and works across its property portfolio in North West England. The scope includes reactive repairs, void repairs, complex voids, disrepair, major works, refurbishment, and replacement works. Emergency call-out within four hours is required for Lots 1, 3, 5, and 7. The contract is divided into seven trade-specific lots (Multi-trade, Damp works, Electrical, Clean Clear & Gardens, Drainage, Scaffolding, Roofing) and two geographic regions (North and South), with an optional combined sub-Lot C. No guarantee of volume or exclusivity is provided. Bidders must be able to work flexibly across regions.
