Psychologist needed for staff resiliency training in Ontario correctional institutions.
The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) Health Services in the Ontario Region requires a licensed psychologist to design and deliver resiliency training for health professionals and frontline staff across eight institutions and one community mental health team. The training must be tailored to correctional environments, covering emotional regulation, stress management, adaptive coping, and team resilience. The contract is open to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous businesses, with a preference for Indigenous suppliers under the PSIB if two or more responsive bids are received. The procurement uses lowest-priced compliant bidding and is subject to CFTA and other trade agreements.
