Application maintenance and hosting for French justice system's THEMIS Rules project.
The French Ministry of Justice is procuring application maintenance and hosting services for the THEMIS Rules project. The scope includes corrective, adaptive, and evolutionary maintenance of existing applications, as well as hosting infrastructure. The contract covers a period of 48 months with an estimated value between €1 million and €10 million. Bidders must demonstrate experience in maintaining complex legal or judicial information systems. The procurement is not set aside for SMEs.
