Provision of Comprehensive Legal Representation and Advice Pilot Scheme for Coaches within the British High-Performance System

UK Sport seeks a legal service provider for a pilot scheme offering legal representation and advice to high-performance coaches in the UK's World Class Performance Programmes. The scheme addresses unmet needs identified in the Whyte Review (2023) and Care for Coaches report (2024), covering employment, contract, safeguarding, and disciplinary matters. The contract is valued at £400,000-450,000 (inclusive of VAT) over two years. Bidders should demonstrate experience in sports law or ability to understand unique legal challenges faced by coaches. The pilot will inform the long-term legal support model for the Independent Coaches Body.
