Prototype EQC for global emission and surface flux products.
The European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) on behalf of the European Commission is procuring prototype evaluation and quality control (EQC) activities for global products related to emissions and surface fluxes under the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS). The contractor will develop and implement EQC methods for global emission and surface flux products, including data processing, validation, and reporting. The contract is expected to last 24 months with a value between €500,000 and €1,000,000. Bidders must demonstrate experience in atmospheric composition modeling, satellite data assimilation, and quality assurance frameworks.
