USDA ARS seeks repairs for solvent storage building and steam tunnels.
The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) seeks a contractor to repair the building envelope of the Solvent Storage Building and perform steam tunnel repairs at the Beltsville, MD facility. Work includes masonry, roofing, and structural repairs to ensure weather-tightness and safety. The contractor must comply with all applicable safety regulations and provide all labor, materials, and equipment. The project is estimated to be completed within 120 days after award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.
