HWA treatment services for hemlock trees in Pennsylvania.
The USDA Forest Service, CSA East 8, is soliciting for Hemlock Woolly Adelgid (HWA) treatment services in Marienville, Pennsylvania. The contractor will apply chemical treatments to hemlock trees to control HWA infestations. The work includes site preparation, mixing and application of pesticides, and compliance with all environmental and safety regulations. Contractors must have experience in forestry pest management and hold applicable pesticide applicator licenses. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed price with a performance period of one year.
