Rotherham Borough Council seeks a single provider to deliver an all-age Alcohol and Drug Treatment and Recovery service. The service must develop specialized pathways to support all cohorts of service users, regardless of entry point. The contract is anticipated to start on 23 January 2027, with an initial term of 26 months and 9 days (ending 31 March 2029), plus options to extend up to an additional 48 months. The procurement is open to qualified providers with experience in substance misuse treatment and recovery services.
