Specialist advice for Tees Valley Spatial Development Strategy.
Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) is procuring specialist strategic and technical advice to support the development of the Tees Valley Spatial Development Strategy (SDS). The contractor will lead options assessments and produce a draft SDS. The contract started on 1 June 2026, but due to delays in signing, the notice was published after commencement. This is a below-threshold limited competition. The buyer serves the Tees Valley region in the UK.
