Research evaluation of work-oriented introduction programme for immigrants 2026-2029.
The Norwegian Directorate of Integration and Diversity (IMDi) seeks a research partner to evaluate trials of a work-oriented introduction programme for refugees and immigrants (INTROFAM) from 2026 to 2029. The evaluation will assess the effectiveness of the programme in improving employment outcomes. Bidders must have documented experience in large-scale programme evaluations, preferably within integration or labour market policy. The contract value is estimated between NOK 5-10 million (approx. EUR 500k-1M).
