Infant feeding support services for Blackpool families.
Blackpool Borough Council seeks a provider to support infant feeding choices as part of the Best Start Partnership. The provider will promote key messages and help families access the Healthy Babies and Family Hub programme. The contract runs from November 2026 to October 2028 with a possible one-year extension. Requirements are detailed in Appendix A. The tender is open to suppliers demonstrating ability to meet the council's needs.
