West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) seeks a single provider for a long-term partnership to supply and maintain Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) screens, a Content Management System (CMS), annual maintenance and support, and a customer services helpdesk. The contract covers hardware, software, customer services, development, and innovation as a managed service. Suppliers must be registered on the Government Central Digital Platform. The aim is to ensure consistency, streamlined products, and interoperability for passenger information across the West Midlands.
