The Ministry of Education - School Infrastructure seeks a civils and siteworks contractor for the Northern Slip Remediation at Cashmere Avenue School in Khandallah, Wellington. The project involves stabilizing a slope at the northern end of the playing field that has experienced recurring slips, using an anchored slope face with steel mesh retention. Access is via lower playing fields that are boggy in winter; works must be delivered over summer, ideally January 2027.
