National framework for repairs and capital works for Places for People Group.
Places for People Group Ltd (PfP) is establishing a national framework to supplement its Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) for responsive repairs and capital component replacement across its housing stock. The framework includes specialist lots for roofing, drainage, and scaffolding/access services. It also covers repair and capital delivery for other Group areas, including PfP Students accommodation. The framework is open to multiple contractors and aims to support PfP's Operations Directorate.
