Support for Swindon's Infrastructure Delivery Plan development.
Swindon Borough Council requires support to develop an Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) for its emerging Local Plan 2043. The IDP will identify infrastructure needed to support local plan allocations, covering transport, schools, and healthcare. The supplier will create population projections, apply provision standards, and engage with stakeholders to identify required mitigation. The final digital IDP will be presented at Regulation 19 stage. This is a limited competition procurement.
