Framework for temporary housing solutions for Dutch government.
The Dutch Central Government Real Estate Agency (Rijksvastgoedbedrijf) is establishing a framework agreement for temporary housing solutions. The procurement covers the provision, installation, and maintenance of temporary housing structures, including modular buildings and related auxiliary products. The agreement is intended for use by various government entities across the Netherlands. Suppliers must demonstrate experience in delivering similar temporary housing projects. The framework will run for an initial period of 4 years with possible extensions. The estimated value is between €10 million and €50 million.
