Aberdeen City Council, Aberdeenshire Council and Moray Council are procuring operation and maintenance services for the Ness Energy from Waste (EfW) facility. The contract is for up to 25 years, covering the full scope of O&M for the facility. Bidders must demonstrate experience in operating similar EfW plants. The facility serves the three partner councils and handles waste-to-energy processing.
