Managed break fix service for prison radio communications systems.
This call-off contract under Lot 5 of the GCA Vertical Application Solutions framework (RM6259) provides a fully managed break fix service for maintenance, support, repair, and supply of Prison Radio Communications Systems across the HMPPS estate in England. The scope covers TETRA networks, mobile TETRA, AIRWAVE network access, and associated equipment, including technology refreshes. The initial term is 7 years with a possible 3-year extension until 28/06/2036. Optional services include additional equipment, infrastructure enhancements, and technology upgrades.
