The Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2), a multi-donor programme managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, seeks a supplier for traffic signal equipment, telecommunications equipment, and video surveillance systems. The tender is open procedure above threshold. Proposals must be submitted by July 21, 2026, 15:00 Kyiv time, via email to pfruprocurement@chemonics.com with the tender number in the subject line. All communication must be in writing. The project is exempt from taxes, fees, and VAT in the partner country.
