The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 19, is seeking sources for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) services across VISN 19, covering locations including Montana (Billings, Butte, Fort Harrison, Great Falls, Helena, Kalispell, Missoula) and Wyoming (Cheyenne, Sheridan, Gillette, Rock Springs, Riverton, Lander, Rawlins, Evanston, Jackson, Cody, Powell, Worland, Thermopolis, Newcastle, Torrington, Wheatland, Douglas, Buffalo, Greybull, Lovell, Basin, Sundance, Upton, Lusk, Guernsey, Glenrock, Midwest, Kaycee, Ten Sleep, Manderson, Deaver, Frannie, Byron, Cowley, Lovell, etc.). The procurement aims to provide residential and support services to homeless veterans, including case management, outreach, and referrals.
