Design and build rail gantry for district heating system.
Nottingham City Council seeks a contractor for RIBA Stage 4 design, construction, and commissioning of a new rail gantry and associated pipework, including demolition of the existing gantry. The project supports the council's district heating system serving 5,000 households and commercial customers, with steam supplied from the Eastcroft Incinerator. The contractor must be a Network Rail approved contractor with experience in high-pressure steam pipework and electrical connections. Commissioning is targeted for July 2027.
