Framework agreement for continuation and conceptual development of an information and public relations campaign to further publicize the nationwide helpline 'Violence against Women'

The German Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth is procuring a framework agreement for the continuation and conceptual development of an information and public relations campaign to increase awareness of the nationwide helpline 'Violence against Women'. The campaign aims to reach women affected by violence and their social environment, as well as multipliers. Services include strategic communication planning, creative development, media placement, and evaluation. The contract is expected to run for up to 4 years with an estimated value between €1 million and €10 million. Bidders must demonstrate experience in public relations campaigns for social issues and gender-based violence.
