The German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) is establishing a framework agreement for short expert reports (Kurzexpertisen) in the field of research and development services and related consultancy. The contract covers the provision of up to 20 individual expert reports per year over a maximum of 4 years, with a total estimated value of €1.5 million. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in economic research and policy advice, particularly in the areas of industrial policy, innovation, and climate protection. The procurement is open to all EU-based entities, with no specific set-asides indicated.
