Refurbishment of Bar One Students Union façade and entrance.
The University of Sheffield seeks a contractor for minor refurbishment works to the front façade of the Bar One Students' Union Bar, including masonry repairs, concrete repairs, protective treatments, new cladding, signage, lighting, and repainting of railings and entrance door. The works are to be completed in a single phase while the bar is closed to the public.
