Evaluation of Swedish support for safe returns to Syria.
The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) seeks a contractor to evaluate its support for creating preconditions for safe and orderly returns to Syria. The evaluation will assess the relevance, effectiveness, and sustainability of Sida's interventions, including contributions to UNHCR and other partners. The contractor must have expertise in evaluation, knowledge of the Syrian context, and experience in humanitarian or development assistance. The assignment is expected to start in 2026 and last approximately 12 months, with a budget estimated between 1-10 million SEK.
