Buckinghamshire Council seeks a supplier or suppliers for waste management services including transfer, haulage, treatment, and disposal of green, food, wood, and bulky waste from kerbside collections, Household Recycling Centres, and street scene services across the county. The procurement is structured with one integrated lot (Lot 1) and three disaggregated lots (Lots 2-4) covering green waste north, food waste north, and High Heavens Waste Complex with southern streams. Total estimated value is £111,358,536 across all lots. Consortium bids and subcontracting are permitted. The award will be based on the Most Advantageous Tender considering either the integrated or disaggregated scenario.
