Framework for community support services for adults with additional needs.
West Dunbartonshire Council, on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership, is establishing an open flexible framework for community support services for adults aged 18-65 with additional support needs due to learning disability, autism, complex needs, physical disability, cognitive impairment (including acquired brain injury), sensory impairment, or mental health challenges. Services will be delivered through Self Directed Support Options 2 and 3, focusing on outcomes and person-centered approaches to maximize independence and quality of life. The framework remains open during its lifetime, and providers may apply for one or more lots. No specific qualifications or certifications are mandated in the notice, but providers must align with the outcomes-focused, person-centered approach.
