NIST seeks sources for 145 GHz photodiode.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking sources for a 145 GHz photodiode to support its research activities. The photodiode must have a bandwidth of at least 145 GHz, a responsivity of at least 0.5 A/W, and be compatible with standard fiber-optic connectors. This is a sources sought notice for market research only; no contract will be awarded from this notice. Interested vendors must demonstrate capability to meet the specifications.
