Vico Homes Ltd has directly awarded a contract via the EN: Procure Construction Consultancy Framework (Gen4) for Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor consultancy services at the Former Redbeck Motel site in Crofton. BWA will act as Employer's Agent/Quantity Surveyor. The pre-start design and planning condition discharge period runs from April to July 2026 (4 months), followed by a 24-month construction phase with a contract value of approximately £15,833,110. The contract commences 1 April 2026 and ends 31 July 2028.
