Warm Homes SPoC referral service for vulnerable households.
Cambridgeshire County Council is commissioning a Warm Homes single point of contact (SPoC) health and housing referral service. The service will allow vulnerable people living in cold and fuel-poor households to be referred by themselves or professionals for an integrated assessment and tailored onward interventions. The aim is to provide a single access point to timely, effective, and appropriate support that mitigates risks associated with cold conditions and winter weather on health and wellbeing. The contract covers the Cambridgeshire area and is open to qualified providers.
