Guildford Borough Council and Waverley Borough Council are seeking a Clerk of Works Consultant to provide independent quality assurance, site inspection, and construction monitoring services for housing, regeneration, and capital projects. The contract is for an initial four-year period with individual commissions on a project-by-project basis.
