Buckinghamshire Council seeks market feedback for two highways frameworks.
Buckinghamshire Council is conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise to inform the procurement of two complementary Highways Framework Contracts. Framework 1 covers highways works including surveys, minor civil engineering, traffic signs, drainage, bridges, road surfacing, and pavement rehabilitation. Framework 2 covers professional services such as project management, design, environmental consultancy, flood risk, and sustainability. The Council seeks feedback from experienced suppliers to shape the procurement strategy, framework structure, and lotting arrangements. The frameworks will support the delivery of highways, transport, drainage, structures, and environmental improvement programmes.
