Moat Homes seeks providers for communal cleaning services in UK residential buildings.
Moat Homes Limited is seeking one or more service providers to deliver communal cleaning services to its owned, leased, and managed residential buildings in the UK. The contract will commence on 1 June 2027 for an initial term of 3 years, with an option to extend for up to 3 additional years, totaling a possible 6-year term. The scope includes cleaning of communal areas, reporting bulk waste, environmentally friendly waste disposal, and providing risk assessments and method statements. Gutter cleaning is a new addition to the current service. The contract will be based on JCT MTC 2016 with bespoke amendments. No preliminary market engagement was undertaken as this is a well-established service.
