Bay of Plenty Regional Council seeks a qualified civil construction contractor for flood protection infrastructure reinstatement and enhancement along the Whakatāne River. The works include site clearance, pavement reconstruction, stormwater pipe works, new floodwall construction with sheet piles and concrete panels, utility relocation, and landscaping. The contractor must maintain flood protection during construction, implement environmental controls, manage traffic and stakeholder communications, and provide project management, QA, and as-built documentation.
