The French Government Information Service (SIG) is issuing a framework agreement for audience measurement services covering websites and mobile applications across multiple ministries. The contract includes the provision of analytics tools, data collection, reporting, and possibly consulting on digital audience strategy. Bidders must demonstrate experience with large-scale public sector or similar multi-stakeholder environments. The agreement is expected to run for up to 4 years with an estimated value between €1M and €10M.
