Supply of foodstuffs, water, and biodegradable cups for Polish MoD meetings.
The contracting authority, the Polish Ministry of National Defence, seeks to establish a framework agreement for the supply of foodstuffs, mineral water, and biodegradable disposable cups for meetings, official meetings, and training sessions. The procurement covers various food items including white sugar, coffee, tea, biscuits, and other snacks, as well as still and sparkling mineral water, and biodegradable cups. The contract is divided into three lots: Lot 1 for foodstuffs, Lot 2 for mineral water, and Lot 3 for biodegradable cups. The estimated total value is approximately 1.5 million PLN (around 350,000 EUR) over 24 months. Bidders must demonstrate experience in similar supplies and meet specific quality standards. The tender is open to all EU operators.
