The Department of Corrections (New Zealand) seeks a main contractor to oversee delivery of approximately 9 annexes at 4 nominated sites, starting with two annexes at Tongariro. The contractor may self-deliver or partner with an offsite manufacturing (MMC) prefabrication provider. Pre-qualification and NDA submission are required by 2 June 2026 to receive full design documents. The contract is for building and facility construction and maintenance services.
