Framework for bicycle leasing for district employees under NRW salary law.
The Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis (district) is procuring a framework agreement for the provision of bicycles via salary conversion (leasing) for its employees. The contract covers the supply of bicycles, including e-bikes, and related services such as maintenance and insurance. Bidders must be able to offer a range of bicycle models and meet the requirements of the TV-Fahrradleasing tariff agreement and the Landesbesoldungsgesetz NRW. The agreement is expected to run for 4 years with an estimated total value of €1.5 million. The procurement is open to all qualified providers of bicycle leasing services.
