Murphy & Sons is establishing a framework for drainage and sewer maintenance services across regional lots in England, supporting major infrastructure programs including Network Rail CP7, TransPennine Route Upgrade, and Peel Ports. The scope covers drainage survey and inspection (CCTV surveys, condition assessment), drain cleaning and maintenance (high pressure water jetting, blockage removal), drainage operations (catch pit cleaning, asset maintenance), over pumping and flow management, and reactive/emergency services with 24/7 call-out capability. Suppliers must have proven experience in drainage maintenance and CCTV surveys, access to trained operatives and specialist equipment, and ability to work in live, constrained environments such as highways and rail. SMEs and regional drainage contractors are encouraged to apply. The framework is structured into regional lots across England, and suppliers can bid for one or multiple regions.
