Anglian Learning, a multi-academy trust in East Anglia operating 14 primary, 8 secondary schools and 2 sixth forms, seeks a consultant to manage its Capital Asset Management Plan. The contract is for 2 years (2027-2028) with options for three 1-year extensions, valued at approximately £600,000 total. The consultant will develop and update the plan, prepare project briefs, deliver professional services for works implementation, and produce procurement strategies. Minimum requirements include employer's liability, public liability, and professional indemnity insurance of £10M, £10M, and £5M respectively, and a minimum annual turnover of £500,000. The current incumbent is PCH Associates.
