The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) seeks to procure a high-density single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) marker panel for genotyping citrus germplasm. The panel must include at least 1,000 SNP markers, be compatible with the Axiom platform, and include markers for citrus species and hybrids. The contractor must provide the panel, genotyping services, and data analysis. The period of performance is 60 days after award.
