Domestic abuse support services for Derby City victims.
The Police and Crime Commissioner for Derbyshire, in partnership with Derby City Council, seeks a provider to deliver domestic abuse support services for victims and survivors of all ages and genders across standard, medium, and high risk levels. Services must be trauma-informed and accessible, covering Derby City only. The contract will be mobilized in two phases: Phase 1 (standard/medium risk) from April 2027, and Phase 2 (high risk IDVA service) from October 2027. The initial contract runs until March 2029 with three optional 12-month extensions. This is a pre-procurement engagement to inform service design and commissioning options.
