Wales & West Utilities (WWU) seeks a Data Advisory Services partner to provide expert, independent, vendor-neutral guidance on data strategy, governance, analytics, architecture, and emerging technologies. The partner will support IT, Cyber, Risk, Asset, and Business functions in evidence-based decision-making and maturing data capabilities. Key areas include data governance improvements, data-driven decision making, technology roadmap planning, benchmarking, cyber risk and compliance alignment, and adoption of modern data platforms. The contract is a re-tender after many years, indicating an incumbent may be present. The partner must provide subject matter expertise at CIO level in Cyber, IT Vendor Management, Architecture, and access to domain-specific conferences.
