Demolition and 42-unit residential development in Leicester.
Leicester City Council seeks a contractor for demolition of existing buildings and construction of a 42-unit residential development with associated landscaping. The project is funded 45% by Homes England and 55% by the Council. Planning permission is pending but expected before construction starts in April 2027. The tender will be issued at RIBA stage 3+ under JCT Single Stage Design and Build contract, with the client retaining the existing design team. Contractors must have experience in residential development and demolition.
