Health economic expertise for UKRI Dementia Challenge programme.
UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) Health Mission is procuring health economic expertise to support its Dementia Challenge programme. The work includes co-developing an approach with UKRI and 4-8 intervention teams, implementing it with delivery partners, and conducting analysis and reporting at baseline, mid-point, and end-point. Specific tasks involve meta-analysis of published data to estimate health economic and total economic burden for the UK and devolved nations, developing health economic metrics for real-world clinical evaluations, providing comprehensive health and wider economic analysis of intervention outputs, aggregating lessons into a model of impact if adopted as NHS standard of care, and offering consulting services for additional work packages. A supplier webinar is scheduled for 22 July. This is a preliminary market engagement exercise, not an invitation to tender.
