CMAR for $65M renovation of Connaught Barracks in Quebec.
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) seeks a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for a program involving major renovation of Connaught Barracks 1, 2, and 3 at the Citadelle of Quebec, plus demolition and new construction. The single CCDC 5B contract covers pre-construction and construction services. Estimated construction cost is $65 million. Bidders must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) from the Contract Security Program. An Indigenous Benefits Plan is included. Site visit is mandatory on July 10, 2026.
